System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company computer systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all desktop and server systems.
  • Maintain and update MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Prepare quotations, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure security and data backups.
  • Assist employees with technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 4 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Basic computer troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe applications.
  • Ability to prepare professional quotations and office documents.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
