*Base qualification (Mandatory):* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology *Additional qualifications(Mandatory):* CCNP or higher, Azure/Microsoft 365 certifications *Additional qualifications(optional):* ITIL certifications *Job role:* Personnel must have hands-on experience and a deep understanding of: 1. *Networking Fundamentals:* Comprehensive knowledge of network architecture, TCP/IP, OSI model, LAN/WAN technologies, routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP. 2. *Server Administration:* Expertise in managing server hardware and operating systems, including Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu), Active Directory, file servers, and print services. 3. *Hardware Management:* Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network hardware such as routers, switches (Managable switches), firewalls, wireless access points, and server/storage hardware. 4. *Cybersecurity:* Knowledge of security best practices, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus/DLP solutions, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery planning. 5. *Virtualisation & Cloud:* Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
