About the Role

Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure IT infrastructure within a BPO environment. The candidate will ensure uninterrupted operations, robust data security, and efficient system performance to support both national and international business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Configure and maintain desktops, servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support to users and ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security controls.
• Implement and maintain backup, antivirus, and disaster recovery systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT service providers for maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain and update inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
• Provide IT support during onboarding, migrations, and new process setups.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and data protection standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer in a BPO setup.
• Strong understanding of InfoSec, GDPR, Server & Firewall Integration, Domain & Infrastructure Management.
• Experience in handling National & International IT Operations.
• Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems, LAN/WAN networking, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with VoIP systems, dialers, and call center tools (preferred).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required.
