System Admin

As a System Admin with 2 years of experience in Technical Support, you will be responsible for addressing technical issues for existing deployments, assisting with upgrades, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing data loss prevention strategies, monitoring and analyzing security incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data protection measures, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to DLP deployments and configurations, managing endpoints with solutions like SCCM, Intune, and JAMF, conducting audits and assessments for compliance with security policies and regulations, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data security and DLP technologies, conducting POCs for data security solutions, planning and deploying data security solutions, and working with vendor pre-sales and customer support teams for planning, deployment, and troubleshooting. Qualifications required for this role include a degree in BE/Btech/BCA/BSC-IT/CS/ECE, along with certifications like MCSE or CompTIA Security+.
