Position Summary

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and skilled

Swim Instructors

to join our team. You’ll teach swimmers of all ages and abilities in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Teach individuals and small groups using SwimLabs’ proven curriculum.
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of each swimmer.
• Ensure safety at all times by following established protocols.
• Track attendance and progress, keeping parents/guardians informed.
• Support facility upkeep, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous swim instruction or coaching experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with both children and adults.
• Knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety.
• Ability to adjust teaching style to different skill levels and learning needs.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Passion for working with children, including those with special needs.

This position is with an independently owned and operated SwimLabs franchise.
