SWIFT Technical Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Swift Technical Consultant located in Pune/Chennai/Bangalore. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, conducting analytical assessments, and offering consulting services to clients. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying and resolving technical issues, assisting with sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

We are actively seeking a Technical Candidate with hands-on experience in the following technologies:

• SWIFT Technologies: Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH), Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform (AWP), HSM

• Swift Product routing rules configurations and triaging the issue in configurations.

• DevOps Tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory

• Scripting & Automation: Python, JSON, Shell Scripting

• OS Knowledge: Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

• Ticketing Tools: SNOW or any other similar.

• Scheduling Tools: BMC Control-M or any other similar.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a Swift domain technology or consulting role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
