As a Facilities Management Group Manager at Citi, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the physical infrastructure and operations consistently support the organization's strategic objectives and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and directing a team of professionals in managing complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. - Having a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and their interactions to achieve function objectives. - Applying in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions with commercial awareness. - Being accountable for delivering a full range of services to one or more businesses/geographic regions. - Exercising control over resources, policy formulation, planning, and affecting a sub-function. - Managing a team or multiple teams, including people, budget, planning, performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and budget approval. Additionally, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Developing and implementing long-term facility management strategies aligned with Citis overarching objectives. - Creating, managing, and monitoring annual operating budgets for all facility-related expenses. - Overseeing capital improvement projects and conducting lifecycle cost analyses for critical equipment and building systems. - Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring service level agreements. - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and local statutory requirements. - Supporting significant initiatives such as new fit-outs, renovations, expansions, and new construction projects. - Supervising facility management staff, contractors, and ensuring optimal space utilization.
