Job Description

Technical Sales Associate (Chat Process)

Job Role & Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through
chat-based support
(100% non-voice).
Promote and sell
domains, web hosting, email solutions,SSL,Website builder solutions to international clints
Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
Perform
upselling and cross-selling
to maximize revenue.

Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
HSC / Graduate
Experience:
Minimum
6 months of sales experience
(mandatory)

Mandatory Skills

Sales & customer handling
Upselling and cross-selling
Must have Good Oral and Written communication skills ( English)
Basic understanding of technical/IT products (preferred)

Process Details

100% Non-Voice (Chat)
Shifts:
24/7 rotational shifts
Weekly Off:
2 rotational weekly offs

Only candidates Residing in Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai Can apply
Must have atleast 6 Month of experience in sales Experience on Papers
Must Have Good fluency in english
