The Role (What you will do)

- Lead plantation of 1,00,000+ saplings annually and grow tree cover to 11 lakh trees.
- Design and oversee soil enrichment, water management, and tree growth cycles.- Ensure sustainable rotational felling that protects the environment.- Build and manage a field team with high survival and productivity rates.- Report plantation progress to estate leadership with data-driven insights.

Key Results Expected (KRA – 12–24 months)

- Achieve 90%+ survival rate of planted saplings.
- Ensure 1 lakh+ saplings planted each year as per plan.- Develop and execute a rotational harvesting model ready by Year 7.- Increase organic soil matter and biodiversity across estate plantations.- Build a sustainable microclimate contributing to higher tea yields.

The Right Person (Skills & Experience)

- 5–6 years’ proven experience in tree plantation, agroforestry, or forestry projects.
- Degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Environmental Sciences (preferred).- Strong leadership and project management skills.- Ability to work with local communities and field supervisors.- Passionate about green projects and connected deeply with the environment.
