This is a full-time on-site role for a Surveyor, located in Payyannur. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys, measuring properties and land boundaries, preparing maps and reports, and working with other professionals including engineers and architects. The Surveyor will use a variety of equipment and technology to collect and analyze data, ensuring that surveys are accurate and complete. The role may also include interpreting data, providing advice on land use, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in land surveying, measuring properties, and defining land boundaries
Technical proficiency with surveying equipment and technology
Ability to prepare and interpret maps and reports
Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and other professionals
Knowledge of land use regulations and compliance
Relevant degree or certification in surveying, civil engineering, or related field
Experience with CAD software is a plus
Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
