Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct topographic surveys, leveling, and site measurements.
Perform setting out for road alignment, structures, boundaries, and construction works.
Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, Theodolite, etc.
Prepare and maintain survey records, raw data, and reports.
Verify contractor work and ensure correct implementation as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site managers for survey requirements.
Prepare cross sections, L-Sections, and contour maps.
Check and record center-line, embankment levels, subgrade, GSB, WMM, and other road layers.
Assist in preparing quantity calculations and measurements.
Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of surveying equipment.
Update drawings, maps, and survey reports as required.
Maintain accuracy and quality in all surveying activities.
