Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for field survey executives to conduct a smokers survey by approaching individuals who smoke, engaging them in short conversations, and collecting accurate data through questionnaires or mobile apps. The role involves field work, strong communication skills, and respectful interaction with respondents. Key Responsibilities: Approach smokers in public places or designated survey locations. Explain the purpose of the survey clearly and professionally. Ask relevant questions and collect accurate responses. Enter data into the survey form (paper or digital). Ensure privacy and confidentiality of all respondents. Report daily progress and submit completed forms to the supervisor. Follow all ethical guidelines and avoid judgmental or sensitive behavior. Meet daily or weekly target number of completed surveys. Requirements: Minimum education: 10th pass or above. Good communication skills in [insert language(s), e.g., English, Hindi, Tamil]. Friendly, polite, and confident when talking to people. Ability to use a smartphone or tablet (if using digital forms). Willingness to travel locally and work in the field. Prior survey or field data collection experience is a plus. Preferred Qualities: Local area knowledge. Experience in social or health-related surveys. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Compensation & Benefits: Daily/weekly pay based on number of surveys completed. Travel allowance (if applicable). Training will be provided before starting the work.
