Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras to detect and respond to security incidents, alarms, and potential threats.
Conduct regular checks on all CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
Collaborate with HR & Management to investigate incidents and provide evidence for legal purposes.
Maintain accurate records of all monitored activities, including footage recordings and incident reports.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in CCTV surveillance.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in CCTV monitoring or related field (loss prevention, physical security).
Strong understanding of access control systems, alarm management, and emergency response procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for documentation purposes.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during high-stress situations.
