Support Specialist II

As a Technical Support Specialist at this company, your role will involve developing knowledge and making decisions with assistance from senior staff. You will be responsible for meeting Ticket Productivity goals, resolving low to moderate complexity requests, and understanding customer business needs to provide accurate resolutions. Additionally, you will start to familiarize yourself with various service offerings such as Live Chat and ESS. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support to customers by researching, answering questions, and troubleshooting problems to optimize software performance. - Delivering outstanding customer service through timely and accurate responses, proactive issue management, and maintaining a professional and positive demeanor. - Communicating effectively with your team, leadership, and customers through verbal, listening, and written channels. - Maintaining a collaborative presence within the team, encouraging critical thinking, and fostering a positive work environment. - Upholding commitments to build a reputation of dependability. The qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree; however, relevant EHR/Software customer service or behavioral health agency experience can substitute for an undergraduate degree. - A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
