Support Specialist II

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist at Qualifacts, your main responsibility will be to provide technical support to customers by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and optimizing software performance. You will be expected to offer outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, managing customer issues proactively, and handling all requests professionally. Your role will also involve effectively communicating with your team, leadership, and customers, as well as maintaining a collaborative presence within the team.
