Support Specialist I

As a Support Specialist I at Qualifacts, you will be responsible for developing knowledge in the field, making decisions with some assistance, and meeting Ticket Productivity goals. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support to customers through researching, answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and optimizing software performance via Cases, Live Chat, and Phone Support. - Delivering outstanding customer service by responding timely, accurately, and proactively managing customer issues professionally. - Resolving low to moderate complexity/priority requests with consistent quality. - Effectively communicating (Verbal, Listening, and Written) with team members, leadership, and customers. - Maintaining a collaborative presence within the team and fostering critical thinking and positivity. - Building a reputation of dependability by honoring commitments. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or a High School diploma with relevant EHR/Software customer service or behavioral health agency experience, which may substitute for an undergraduate degree. Additionally, 1 year of related experience is necessary.
