Job Description

Profile Summary:

We are ideally looking for immediate joiner for this profile.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily technical and operational support to the Residential Lending department
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization
Design, build, document, implement, and maintain enhancements within (but not limited to) Encompass
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire setup and terminations
Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with Encompass
General knowledge of the mortgage process
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Critical thinking, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities

(Preferred, but not required)
