Job Title

Support RMHS WMLIn the RMHS WML department, he will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical maintenance and engineering tasks related to raw material handling. You will be in charge of risk assessment and management, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining process knowledge and control. You will also be responsible for managing the raw materials and ensuring their proper handling.He will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and smooth functioning of the shop floor, as well as overseeing the operations of the TRT.

Principal Accountabilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical maintenance and engineering in the department.Conduct risk assessments and manage potential risks in the handling and processing of raw materials.Ensure all processes and operations adhere to safety standards and compliance regulations.Maintain a thorough understanding of process knowledge and control, and apply this knowledge to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Manage the raw materials, ensuring they are properly stored, handled, and utilized.Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen, making decisions that benefit the company's bottom line.Foster an entrepreneurial spirit, constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve operations.Maintain a global mindset, understanding and considering the global implications of local decisions.Excel in people management, leading and inspiring a team to achieve their best.Handle conflicts professionally and effectively, ensuring a harmonious working environment.Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.Make informed and effective decisions, considering all relevant factors and potential impacts.
