Job Description

As a Technical Support Lead at this company based in Visakhapatnam, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support for WMS/OMS-related queries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the initial point of contact for customers facing issues with WMS/OMS software, offering assistance with login problems, navigation difficulties, and data entry errors. - Providing guidance and instructions to users on effectively utilizing the WMS/OMS software. - Investigating and resolving basic issues related to user setups, workflows, and configurations. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues, including barcode scanners and printers. - Logging and documenting issue details comprehensively before escalating them to higher-level support. - Creating, updating, and resolving support tickets using designated systems, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to issue resolution procedures. - Collaborating with L2 and L3 support teams to address unresolved or complex issues effectively. Moreover, you will also be responsible for: - Guiding users on product features and functionalities to optimize the use of the WMS software. - Contributing to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for end users. - Collaborating with support and product teams to identify recurring issues and propose enhancements to the WMS software. In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate should possess: Technical Skills: - Proficiency in C# programming with hands-on experience. - Strong understanding of MS SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and query troubleshooting. - Experience with debugging tools and techniques, such as log analysis and issue tracking. Problem-Solving: - Ability to independently analyze and troubleshoot intermediate-level technical issues. - Experience in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in applications and databases. Collaboration: - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders. - Capability to translate technical issues into non-technical language. With a minimum of 2+ years of experience in technical support or development, particularly in handling C# applications and MS SQL databases, you will be well-equipped to excel in this role.
