Job Description: As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Hot Zone Casting operations within our organization. You will be expected to apply your extensive knowledge of Ductile Iron Casting, Casting Molds and Cores, Post-Casting Treatment, Temperature Control, and Casting Handling to ensure the efficiency and quality of our casting processes. Principal Accountabilities: Oversee and manage all Hot Zone Casting operations, ensuring that all processes are carried out in accordance with company standards and regulations. Utilize your expertise in Ductile Iron Casting, Casting Molds and Cores, and Post-Casting Treatment to optimize our casting processes and improve product quality. Monitor and control casting temperatures to ensure optimal conditions for each casting process. Handle casting materials and equipment safely and efficiently, minimizing waste and ensuring the longevity of our resources.
