Supporting Actions

TMS

On every 10 days cycle, transporter invoices are received and after crosss checking in ILMS bills are passed in TMS module after due checking of weightment, received and dispatch matching, etc. (plant & siding)

Accounts Payable & Vendor Compliance

Ensure 100% timely processing of AP vouchers and vendor payments, including transporter, raising by adhering strictly to PO terms, Delegation of Authority (DOA), adhering the agreement and terms.It includes MRO and Capex / prepayment also.

Bank Payment

Ensuring timely submission of payment details to bank and taking the acknowledgment

Provision of transporter / Raising

Via TMS module checking the unreceived material and accordingly providing the provision on month end

Deduction / Hold – Transporter invoice processing

Ensuring all deduction / hold on account of unreceived material beyond the timeline (transporter invoice)

Invoice validation as per DoA

Raising invoices in emsigner for approval as per the DoA and invoice value along with the invoice and all supporting including compliance

BTS

Acting as SPOC in BTS and receiving the invoices in BTS after due checking forwarding to concerned user dept. and after receiving the SRN from user dept. marking the same to AP team member including him for voucher / invoice processing.
