Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Support Executive to join our team at Parex Technologies. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the IT Software / Software Services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
