Job Description

Role Overview: At R3, our vision is to create a world where value moves freely, and business is conducted safely. As part of the Support team within the wider Professional Services Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Corda platform and operational support of the R3 network. Your responsibilities will involve investigating and resolving complex technical issues faced by customers, ensuring continuous service improvement, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to R3 products and services - Research, resolve, and respond to complex customer issues across the product line - Operate daily team operations, drive process improvements, and share information effectively - Strive to resolve all support requests at a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd line level - Ensure all support requests are ticketed and update investigation progress on the ticket - Participate in handovers to teams in different geographies - Keep customers informed of investigation progress and document workarounds or known issues - Execute Incident Management procedures during live service incidents - Act as a liaison between the technical team and customers, providing technical explanations and resolutions - Implement improvements to technologies, processes, and methodologies within the team - Contribute to a paid-on-call rota system for support coverage Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions - Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues - Experience with Java or Kotlin, or familiarity with Scripting languages - Good familiarity with Linux and/or Windows operating systems and their troubleshooting tools - Basic networking investigation skills and knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and AWS Additional Company Details: R3 is a leading enterprise technology firm that specializes in digital solutions for regulated financial markets.
