Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support to enterprise customers utilizing our AI contact center platform. - Assist customers in maximizing the benefits of the product and resolving their individual challenges. - Collaborate closely with customers and engineers to comprehend their needs, deliver suitable solutions, and enhance features. Qualifications - 0-2 years of experience in technical support or software development. - No specific degree requirements; however, experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous. Required Skills - Proficient in prompt engineering with hands-on experience in crafting prompts for various LLMs and use cases. - Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts. - Good knowledge of web technologies such as Next.js and React, and familiarity with common software system architectures. Bonus Skills - Familiarity with API integrations and web services. - Basic knowledge of git and version control systems. - Competency in database querying, particularly with PostgreSQL and SQL.
