URGENT HIRING || Support Engineer - Level 1 || Delhi Profile: Support Engineer - Level 1 Location: Delhi Experience: 0–3 years Ctc- upto 2.4 to 4.2 lacs p.a.(Depends on the interview) Working Days- 6 days a week Position Overview: We are seeking a Level 1 Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support to our customers. As a Level 1 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting basic technical issues related to our Telecom, VoIP, and Dialer Cloud services. You will be the first point of contact for customers and work to resolve their technical issues in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues. Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat for issues related to Telecom, VoIP, and Dialer Cloud services. Troubleshoot basic technical problems and resolve customer issues related to service disruptions, product functionality, or configuration. Assist customers with the setup, configuration, and usage of AKOM Technologies' products and services. Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in the ticketing system. Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 support engineers when necessary. Follow standard operating procedures for common troubleshooting issues. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Continuously update knowledge of products and services to provide effective support. Collaborate with the technical support team to identify and resolve recurring customer issues. Requirements: Basic knowledge of Telecom, VoIP, and Dialer Cloud services is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose common technical problems. Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and customer service tools. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in customer support or technical support is a plus. Familiarity with basic networking and telecommunication concepts.
