Job Description

Manage and support FLEXCUBE non-production environments and coordinate with DBA/Infra teams.
Monitor and maintain EOD batch processes to ensure business continuity.
Troubleshoot application and technical issues across FLEXCUBE, OBPM, and middleware layers.
Provide database-level support and collaborate with development teams for deployments.
Monitor transactional data from accounting applications for exceptions using reporting tools.
Lead and coordinate incident troubleshooting efforts during critical outages.
Ensure best practices in deployment, performance, and monitoring.
Promote code and functionality reuse and leverage automation where possible.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business stakeholders for stable operations.
