Shift Management
: Oversee all machining operations during assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Team Supervision
: Direct and support CNC operators, machinists, and technicians; assign tasks and monitor performance.
Production Monitoring
: Ensure production targets and quality standards are met; adjust schedules and priorities as needed.
Machine Oversight
: Monitor CNC machine performance, coordinate routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Quality Assurance
: Inspect parts and processes to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
Safety Enforcement
: Uphold safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks; respond to incidents and implement corrective actions.
Training & Mentorship
: Train new employees on machine operation, safety procedures, and shop protocols.
Documentation & Reporting
: Maintain accurate shift logs, production reports, and incident records; communicate updates to management.
Inventory Control
: Monitor tooling and material usage; report shortages or reorder needs.
Cross-Shift Coordination
: Communicate with other shift supervisors to ensure continuity and resolve any inter-shift issues.
Trouble Shooting on Conventional & Non
- Conventional Machine. Tool Changing.
CMM Correction As per CMM Report.
Awareness & Implementation of IATF:16949. Std.
Root Cause Analysis through 8D/6W2H/Fishbone Diagram ect.
P. Q, C, D, S, M parameter Control in Shift.
Must know 7 QC Tools.

Able to Setting Change on CNC Machine as per Customer Demand.
