Job Title

Support Customer Service FlooringThe Assistant Manager for Support Customer Service Flooring is responsible for leading and managing the customer service team to ensure exceptional after-sales support. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing effective service strategies. The Assistant Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery. A key aspect of the role is to provide customer-centric and timely after-sales support to our customers that is as per WFL's standards and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing customer expectations.
