Support Consultant

Role & responsibilities

Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
Understand customer requirements and resolve their queries efficiently.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and updates.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and support tickets.
Assist in preparing daily / weekly reports and MIS updates.
Support the implementation team in product setup and training when required.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory closure of issues.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in process or service.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with all clients.
Ensure adherence to company policies and service quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience in customer support, coordination, or client servicing roles (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Candidates residing near the job location or
willing to relocate
will be preferred.
