Support and Implementation Engineer

As an experienced professional in the field of technical support and cloud deployment, you will be responsible for deploying and configuring software solutions on cloud platforms. You will be offering first-level and second-level technical support to clients, collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and guiding customers through onboarding, setup, and integration processes. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth implementation of updates, patches, and new releases, as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, and support materials. In addition, you will be monitoring systems to identify optimizations or improvements, conducting user training sessions, and providing post-deployment support. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in technical support, cloud deployment, or software implementation. Knowledge of cloud platforms, strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are essential for this role. The ability to work independently, handle multiple client projects efficiently, and deliver exceptional service is crucial. Candidates from Calicut are preferred for this full-time position.
