Good knowledge and hands on Experience with Open-Source stack MongoDB, Angular, Python. • Knowledge on Cloud Services – Azure, AWS (good to have) •Good knowledge/working experience as a support Engineer for Web based application, Mobile applications of large using open source and Micro service architecture. • Exposure to Sunbird Platform is a plus. • Expertise with Linux Non tech skills: • Good Analytical/ logical skills and should have a flair for solving problems. • Good communication Skills. The Support team activities include the following: To provide on time response, clarification, and resolutions to queries and issues coming from the field Analyse the issue, find the root cause and take the next steps. Provide the resolution for L1/L2/L3 issues. Escalate with right teams (ShikshaLokam internal and external). Implementation team activities include the following To Interface with Partner NGOs/Program teams and implement the solution as per the requirement Hand hold and support the Partner NGOs in testing and qualifying it for production readiness Support the support/implementation team members and internal groups within ShikshaLokam (Products, Programs, QA, Engineering)
