Job Description

Key Responsibilities

End-User Support

  • Provide technical support to end-users remotely on a daily basis.
  • Manage user accounts, modify attributes, and adjust security settings.

Security & Data Administration

  • Maintain site security and adhere to customer-defined workflows and SOPs.
  • Ensure data integrity and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Training & Demonstrations

  • Conduct software and procedural training for users.
  • Support customer sponsors in system adoption within their organizations.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare reports, evaluations, and other documentation as required.
  • Identify areas for workflow optimization and propose improvements.

Workflow & Site Configuration

  • Make small workflow adjustments as needed to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with system admins, internal stakeholders, and ESKO colleagues.
  • Use tools like Excel, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet to manage incoming requests and update processes.
