Supply Chain Trainee

As a Supply Chain Trainee at OPTEL based in Goa, Ireland, you will be part of a global company dedicated to developing software, middleware, and hardware solutions that secure supply chains and ensure compliance in sectors like pharmaceuticals and food. Your role will involve supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day warehouse operations. - Support stores and inventory picking to ensure accurate material handling. - Manage incoming and outgoing logistics, including tracking shipments and documentation. - Aid in purchasing materials and coordinating with suppliers under guidance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely material movement between global locations. - Maintain records and assist in filing necessary logistics and purchasing paperwork. Qualifications & Skills: - Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Electronics, Business, or related field. - Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/training experience are encouraged to apply. - Good communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written); knowledge of Konkani is a plus. - Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is advantageous. - Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international setting. - Interest in logistics, warehousing, or electronics manufacturing is preferred.
