How you will contribute

Lead design workshops to document design, leveraging RefModel-driven best practices for design and for non-standard areas, evaluating contextual designing. Map the requirements to the RefModel and work with the o9 PMM/Product teams to design the new workflows, ensuring the business processes adhere to the o9 functionality
Develop a comprehensive technical blueprint outlining the architecture of the o9 planning solution, including software, hardware, and network components
Work with o9 DevOps and the Technical Architect to establish the tenant landscape and integration design
Proficiency in architecting and deploying data engineering workflows utilizing a benchmark data integration product. Technical data validation with dbt, icedq, databricks or similar tools
Experience driving daily technical and design direction in o9
Adapt the dynamic needs of the business and ensure o9 is positioned to drive optimal business value
Focus on driving o9 across supply chain elements, including across Supply Control, Supply Management Review, LP Solver and Integrated Supplier Planning in o9
Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the defined architecture and meets business requirements.
Own and manage o9 SP product roadmap and prioritization of features to be enabled in MDLZ
Document methodologies and ensure best practices are followed for continuous process improvement

Knowledge, Experience and Education:

12-15 overall years of experience
More than 3 years experience with the o9 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration
Technically hands on SQL, MySQL to be able to manage o9 SSIS layer
Technically hands on mathematical models, predictive models desirable python & pyspark
Experience in GIT, Kubernetes, Containerization will be plus
Experience code reviews, code packing, code/batch dependency management & library management
Large global team management, including internal and contract resources
Familiar operating in large and complex multi-national organizations to create alignment for her/his strategic priorities across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
