Background:

This is a role in the Planning team and involves Supply Planning of one or more categories among Foods, Packaging, Chemicals, Smallware & Uniform.

Key KPIs for a Planner in this role are

DC OTIF / Fill Rates

Inventory Days

Zero Expiries / write-off

Optimization of Distribution & Warehousing Costs

Timely connectivity for new launches / tests / LTOs

Open PO reconciliation

Role details

Supply Planning for food/pack/smallware/uniform across the country for the brand.

Inventory Management for category to prevent overstocking while minimizing stock outs.

Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders like Vendors, Warehousing team, Operations, etc. & timely escalation of issues.

Regular follow-up for each sku ensuring material availability within specified norm

Follow-up with suppliers for mandatory document submission as per audit requirements along with supplies

Required Skill Sets

Experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, (preferable if experience is in food or FMCG or QSR)

Preferably an MBA in Supply Chain Management with 3-5 years of work experience.

Exposure to Microsoft Office & SAP, strong in MS Excel.

Strong in basic Quantitative skills

Good communication skills, both written & verbal

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & work in a fast-paced environment.
