Job Description

As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the Supply Chain Planning Team responsible for end-to-end supply planning and execution. Your role will involve assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices for Order Management, including order creation, order fulfillment, financial settlement, order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability, accuracy, fulfillment, provisioning of services, and activation of billing. You will also work on Distributed Order Management for both online and physical network management. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems - Interact with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors - Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management - Receive moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments - Make decisions that impact your own work and may affect others - Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work - Work in rotational shifts if required - Develop long-lasting relationships with customers and suppliers - Assist other teams when appropriate - Communicate effectively with customers and team members - Maintain clean and accurate sales files - Stay updated on industry pricing, supply, and quality - Keep manager informed of issues that could affect the company's bottom line - Perform any other tasks needed to further the good of the company Qualifications: - Any Graduation - 3 to 5 years of experience Skills Required: - Order Management - Contract management - Microsoft Excel - Adaptable and flexible - Ability to perform under pressure - Problem-solving skills - Detail orientation - Written and verbal communication - Knowledge of retail and food service segments (preferred) - Knowledge of Microsoft DAX system (preferred) In this role, your contributions will be vital to the success of the Supply Chain Planning Team at Accenture.,
