Supply Chain Manager - US Shift

As a Manager, Supply Chain Management, your role involves providing leadership for client-specific Procurement Operations activities. You will be supervising a team of 15 to 20 resources engaged in Procurement Operations, while also handling high value/high criticality requests independently. Your responsibilities include pre-qualifying requests, analyzing quotes/pricing, creating Purchase Orders (PO), and addressing outstanding receipt-related issues. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership for client-specific Procurement Operations activities - Supervise a team of 15 to 20 resources in Procurement Operations - Pre-qualify purchase requests based on defined rules - Analyze quotes/pricing from suppliers and submit for approval - Create Purchase Orders (PO) and amendments/deletions - Resolve receipt-related issues and expedite open orders - Handle queries regarding Invoice/PO Mismatch - Address Helpdesk queries regarding PR to PO in a timely manner - Ensure services are within budgets and timelines - Verify requisition accuracy and updated requirements - Validate approvers and add new approvers if needed - Conduct Purchase Requisition quality checks Additionally, you should have experience in documenting procurement processes in the form of SOPs/DTPs.
