Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview: As a Production and Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and cross-functional support & projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of production processes, inventory management, and collaboration with various teams to meet demand requirements. Key Responsibilities: - **Production Planning:** - Prepare Rough Cut Capacity review plan for the upcoming month - Develop a Monthly Production plan for both own and intercompany products, segmented into weeks to align with the Replenishment plan, taking into account all production constraints after discussions with Production, Purchase, and Stores teams - Create a Day-wise Master Production Schedule (MPS) - **Supply Planning:** - Develop a week-wise Replenishment plan based on the current month's opening stock and Buffer vs Forecast for the current month and a 2-month rolling period - Determine Replenishment priorities by Warehouse for both own products and intercompany products - Formulate a Vehicle load plan based on replenishment priority and collaborate with the production planner to ensure the availability of Finished Goods (FG) from the Factory - Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of FG supply - **Inventory Planning:** - Establish CFA wise inventory ABC and DOH stock norms - Collaborate with Production and Supply planners to maintain inventory levels as per the demand forecast and in accordance with the CFA inventory holding norms - Conduct regular inventory reviews to identify and balance excess inventory, recognize potential obsolescence, and collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to liquidate near expiry stock - **Cross-functional Support & Projects:** - Coordinate with the Demand planning team to incorporate Adhoc demand production - Communicate effectively and work closely with the Production Team - Follow up with the Purchase & Stores team for any shortages in Raw Material and Packaging Material (RMPM) that may impact scheduled production Qualification Required: - Previous experience in production planning, supply planning, and inventory management roles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in using planning tools and software for production and inventory management Note: In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above, you will also provide cross-functional support and collaborate on various projects within the organization.,
