Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager in the S&C team, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations transform their supply chains for a positive impact on business, society, and the environment. Your main responsibilities will include: - Acting as a strategic advisor and transformation leader, assisting clients in defining their supply chain vision and crafting actionable roadmaps. - Leading end-to-end delivery of supply chain transformation projects, balancing strategic design with execution. - Defining client supply chain strategies, operating models, and digital roadmaps aligned with business objectives. - Identifying key opportunities for value creation, from cost reduction to process excellence. - Engaging with senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships, and managing expectations. - Supporting business development through proposal creation and shaping new opportunities. - Helping in capability building, practice development, and thought leadership within the Supply Chain & Operations team. - Coaching team members on various activities related to process assessment, technology evaluation, and business case creation. Qualifications Required: - Digital Supply Chain Experience in the Indian Market - Strong program management skills including budget management, project planning, time management, communication, decision-making, and organization. - Excellent data analytics, interpretation, and presentation skills. - Ability to solve complex business problems and ensure client satisfaction. - Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Cross-cultural competence with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
