Supply Chain Lead

Bizoforce is hiring a Kinaxis Lead (Supply/Demand Planning) for one of our key client engagements. This is a remote (India-based) opportunity with flexibility for onsite, if required. We're looking for candidates with 6–8 years of experience and immediate availability is highly preferred.

As a Kinaxis Lead, you will be responsible for leading implementations, configuring Kinaxis Rapid Response, and engaging with clients to ensure scalable supply chain solutions. Candidates must possess an Author Level Kinaxis Certification and be able to demonstrate deep expertise in supply/demand planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead implementation and enhancement of Kinaxis Rapid Response in supply and demand planning.

* Configure and design solutions using Kinaxis Author Level capabilities.

* Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective Kinaxis solutions.

* Provide production support and continuous improvement for existing Kinaxis implementations.

* Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members.

* Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

* Kinaxis Author Level Certification (Mandatory)

* 6–8 years of experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response

* Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Planning (Supply, Demand, S&OP)

* Strong client communication and leadership skills

* Expertise in configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization within Kinaxis

* Independent working ability in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

* Experience working with global clients

* Exposure to large-scale end-to-end Kinaxis projects

* Familiarity with other SCM tools (SAP IBP, O9 Solutions, etc.)
