Supply Chain Lead

As a Supply Chain Lead at Urban Platter, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving end-to-end supply chain operations for our fast-growing F&B company. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the entire supply chain function including procurement, logistics, planning, production, and distribution. - Building and implementing best-in-class supply chain systems and processes to enable operational excellence and scalability. - Driving ERP implementation and ensuring effective utilization across functions. - Forecasting demand, planning production, and aligning supply capabilities to meet growth objectives. - Ensuring on-time availability of raw materials and finished goods while optimizing cost and inventory. - Building, leading, and mentoring a cross-functional supply chain team. - Collaborating closely with finance, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless execution. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives and adopting industry best practices. - Maintaining strong compliance, quality standards, and vendor governance. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the F&B, FMCG, or Consumer Goods sector. - Proven experience in ERP implementation and system-driven operations. - Strong operational leadership and team management skills. - Deep understanding of procurement, logistics, planning, and production processes. - Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
