Key Responsibilities: • Logistics Coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including dispatch planning, courier coordination, and monitoring shipment status. • Vendor & Courier Management: Liaise with logistics partners, negotiate rates (where applicable), and ensure smooth coordination for deliveries. • Documentation: Prepare and maintain invoices, dispatch records, MIS reports, and shipment documentation. • Data Management: Accurately update logistics and supply chain data in company systems. • Customer & Internal Support: Handle queries related to dispatch timelines, delivery status, and related logistics issues. • Process Improvement: Identify areas to improve efficiency in dispatch and logistics workflows.
