Freelance Packaging & Product Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Packaging & Product Designer to create premium packaging and box concepts for our mens grooming brand, Muuchstac. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in packaging design for consumer products, preferably within the FMCG, cosmetics, or grooming industry. A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, brand alignment, and market appeal is essential. Responsibilities include designing packaging concepts such as boxes, labels, sleeves, and gift packs that embody the Muuchstac brand identity. The candidate will also be responsible for developing dielines, mockups, and print-ready files, ensuring that packaging designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet manufacturing requirements. Collaboration with the marketing team to integrate brand guidelines, target audience preferences, and functional design needs is key. Additionally, the candidate should propose innovative packaging ideas to enhance shelf appeal and user experience, while liaising with printers/vendors to maintain color accuracy and material quality. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 3 years of experience in product and packaging design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in FMCG or cosmetic packaging. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools is necessary, along with an understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and dieline creation. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency, capable of delivering high-quality designs within specified deadlines. This is a Freelance/Project-based position located remotely, with occasional calls/meetings as needed.,
