Freelance Packaging & Product Designer

Job Description (JD):

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Packaging & Product Designer to design premium packaging and box concepts for our men’s grooming brand, Muuchstac.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in packaging design for consumer products (preferably FMCG, cosmetics, or grooming products) and a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, brand alignment, and market appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design packaging concepts (boxes, labels, sleeves, gift packs, etc.) that reflect the Muuchstac brand identity.
• Develop dielines, mockups, and print-ready files.
• Ensure packaging designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with manufacturing requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to incorporate brand guidelines, target audience preferences, and functional design needs.
• Suggest innovative packaging ideas that enhance shelf appeal and user experience.
• Coordinate with printers/vendors to ensure color accuracy and material quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product & packaging design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing FMCG or cosmetic packaging work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and dieline creation.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Contract Type: Freelance / Project-based
Location: Remote (with occasional calls/meetings if required)

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹9,091.47 - ₹33,618.98 per month
