Supply Chain Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing Purchase orders in ERP.
• Communicating with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Assisting in the analysis of shipping and delivery data to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address the urgency and prioritize the need of user.
• Supporting the implementation of supply chain technology and process improvements.

Skills Required

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse data and identify solutions.

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Teamwork:

  The ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Attention to Detail:

  A high level of attention to detail in managing data and processes.

Technical/Functional Proficiency Required

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an understanding of ERP System.

Educational Qualifications

A bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Level (If applicable)

Prior experience or internships in supply chain or logistics are beneficial but not always required ( 1 to 2 years).
