Job Title: Supply Chain Executive Location: Gurgaon Experience: 23 years Education: Graduate Degree Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end customer dispatches across the country. The role involves close coordination with warehouse teams, production units, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of inventory management processes, documentation, and logistics coordination, along with sound communication and technical skills. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch & Delivery Management: Oversee and coordinate all customer dispatches pan-India. Liaise with logistics partners, warehouses, and production units for timely execution. Ensure all required documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.) is accurately prepared and shared. Monitor deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment and resolve any issues that arise. Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory across multiple warehouse locations. Prepare work orders, transfer orders, and manage stock movement documentation. Maintain accurate records and regularly update stock data in system. Cost Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize logistics costs without compromising on service levels. Systems & Tools: Generate invoices, sales orders, and manage accounting entries using Tally. Use Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools for reporting, data tracking, and analysis. Communicate effectively via email and other internal communication platforms. Requirements: Graduate degree in any discipline. 23 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Proficient in Tally, Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
