About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end customer dispatches across the country. The role involves close coordination with warehouse teams, production units, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of inventory management processes, documentation, and logistics coordination, along with sound communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch & Delivery Management:
• Oversee and coordinate all customer dispatches pan-India.
• Liaise with logistics partners, warehouses, and production units for timely execution.
• Ensure all required documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.) is accurately prepared and shared.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment and resolve any issues that arise.

Inventory Management:

• Track and manage inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
• Prepare work orders, transfer orders, and manage stock movement documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and regularly update stock data in system.

Cost Efficiency:

Identify and implement opportunities to optimize logistics costs without compromising on service levels.

Systems & Tools:

• Generate invoices, sales orders, and manage accounting entries using Tally.
• Use Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools for reporting, data tracking, and analysis.
• Communicate effectively via email and other internal communication platforms.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 23 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Proficient in Tally, Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
