Candidate will be responsible for:
1. Taking appointments for dispatch (B2B).
2. Plan and supervise Order Pickup & delivery schedule.
3. Coordinate with Dispatch and WH Team.
4. Co-ordination for Reverse logistics.
5. Follow up with transporters & Track Delivery orders.
6. Update daily MIS of order pickup and delivery status.
7. Keep records for proof of delivery document.
8. Working in Ecommerce division and/or Food/FMCG will be preferred.
9. Good knowledge of mail drafting & excel.
