Supply Chain Consultant(SP)

With a focus on operational efficiency and growth acceleration, you will be contributing to the success of organizations across different industries and geographies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possessing at least 3 years of experience in managing large-scale supply chain programs. - Demonstrating a strong background in ERP & SCM platforms. - Utilizing hands-on expertise in supply planning for effective execution. - Showcasing excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Having prior experience in planning transformation programs within industries like CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Pharma. **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to adapt to a complex and rapidly changing business environment and effectively manage shifting priorities within deadlines. - Capability to independently handle complex processes and modules used by multiple programs or systems. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work streams concurrently. - Excellent communication skills for coherent presentation and discussion of issues in written and verbal formats. - Proficiency in influencing and persuading multidisciplinary teams, building successful relationships, and inspiring others. - Strong team player, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. - Clear decision-making skills to assess complex situations and escalate issues when necessary.
