1 Maintain 5 S in the facility 2 Strong communication with customer and co ordination with team members 3 Process PO,GRN, Dispatch documents, Eway bill thru system 4 Tracking of Inward & Outward shipments 5 Manage Procurment, inventory, Operations, on time delivery of shipments 6 Quality Check of Supplies 7 Cross check inward & outward documents properly 8 Input data accurately and efficiently into System 9 Keep all information/login credentials information confidential 10 Handover picklist to floor team for material picking 11 Ensure 100% verification of pick material before packing & loading 12 Maintain Supplies Dispatch TAT within 24 hrs 13 Generate & circulate daily reports e.g. Inward, Outward, Inventory, PO tracking, Outward shipment tracking 14 Ensure Safety Level for supplies material 15 Raising On Time Shopping cart 16 SIMS Updation & Discrepancy Management 17 Maintain Log Book daily at the shift end 18 Ensure vehicle loading & unloading will complete in given time line 19 Required approvals & necessary communication with client 20 Maintain transit stock information & ensure delivered in time 21 Circulate weekly audit report, regionwise supplies report 22 Random physical stock check 23 Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics and warehouse management. 24 Resolve issues related to orders, logistics, or supplier performance, adapting quickly to disruptions. 25 Ensure adherence to all relevant industry standards and customer compliance guidelines.
